Working at one of our locations, you won't be stuck in the hustle and bustle of London; Instead, you will be able to work near our picturesque coast and chilled vibes of the countryside. A lot of our sites are based near the colourful Brighton and Hove, great for if you want to go on a shopping spree then have a drink on the beach. On the other hand, if you would rather disappear in nature for a few hours, then we have multiple sites just a short trip away from our wonderful trails and countryside. Whatever you’re into, there is something here for you to enjoy.
Speaking of time off, while working at Sussex Partnership we also offer 27 days holiday to all our staff. Following on from this, we also try to offer flexible working to all staff. This means you can work from home if needed, or balance your job around other commitments. All you need to do is chat with your manager and if it works for you and the trust, we will do our best to make it happen.

The Golden Hello gives staff joining us for the first time a bonus of £2000 as a little welcome bonus.
