At Sussex Partnership, when our users come to us to begin their recovery journey, we want to ensure they receive the best care possible. To achieve this, we are always looking at ways to find staff who can help us deliver this vision. This is why we are launching our brand new ‘refer a nursing friend’ scheme! 

We are asking staff to recommend qualified Band 5 or 6 nurses to come and join our wonderful teams across Sussex and Hampshire. Our ‘refer a nursing friend’ scheme is part of our recruitment plan to welcome more nurses to the Trust and bring improved knowledge to our wards. So how does it work? Once the friend has signed up and has worked with the Trust for a minimum of one year, you will receive £500 and then a further £500 when that person completes their first calendar year of employment.

Anyone at the Trust can recommend someone, whether you work on our wards or behind the scenes, as part of our Support services team. There is no maximum number of friends that can be introduced, and you get paid for each person you recommend. Start spreading the word and make the Trust the best it can be!
