Each year we try to make the Christmas period special for our service users. Whether it's covering our sites with Christmas decorations to bring a bit of extra sparkle or hosting parties blasting out the cheesy Christmas hits we all know and love. We want to bring joy to all users who come to us for treatment. Our charity Heads On is leading the activities this year and getting staff at our sites and your workplace to have some fun.
Christmas is a time to pause and spend time with family and friends. However, this is not always possible for many of our service users. A stay at our site at this time of year could be twice as hard for them as it means being away from family and friends when they're having the most challenging times. The Heads On team is asking people to donate and bring some joy to our inpatient users' lives. For the price of a cup of coffee, you can donate a festive treat to someone who will be spending Christmas at one of our sites. All money raised will help them to continue to provide Christmas items this year and in the future.
Want to make it more of a team effort? Heads On have the option for you. This year, they are again asking you to get your Hats On for Heads On! The team are asking you to dig out that weird and wonderful Christmas hat and join in the fun. Why not wear a festive hat in the office (or on your Zoom calls) or at your Christmas party? The charity is also running a competition for the best team picture showcasing all the weird and wonderful hats on offer. To be in with a chance of winning this year's prize, please send all photos to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
