Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust believes that hard work deserves recognition and celebration. This is why we take every chance to showcase our staff and the amazing things they do at SPFT. This can be in the form of a simple thank you card written by your supervisor; to being nominated for an award at one of our awards shows.
Firstly, we have our in-house ceremony named The Positive Practice Awards. The awards are held annually and give the excuse for our staff to get dressed up in something a bit nicer than scrubs and celebrate the very best of Sussex Partnership. The main aim of the awards is to recognise and celebrate individuals and teams who have made a real difference to the care we provide and those who have improved the teams they work in. In addition to this, there is also a chance for our staff to share stories that showcase the commitment, innovation, dedication and kindness shown by their colleagues every day.
We also want to make sure that our apprentices feel valued and celebrated; that's why we are proud to offer our staff have the chance to enter their teams' apprentices in the Apprenticeship Awards. The annual awards give the chance for our teams to celebrate and recognise the hardworking individuals and how they shape SPFT. This year's awards will take place during National Apprenticeship Week and is aimed at highlighting the hard work they have done over the last year and will include an awards section with prizes, as well as talks from different presenters and updates on all things apprenticeships.
