Who are we?

Health in Mind provide courses and other types of therapies that help service users deal with stress, anxiety and low mood. We are a large primary care mental health service that serves the people of East Sussex, with the exception of Brighton and Hove.

We are an IAPT (Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies) service that is part of a National programme across the UK.

We care about our service users and we're committed to the quality of the care we provide.

We also take care of our team members to support their own wellbeing, because we know that when you feel supported and valued and when you have a say in how things are done, you'll be at your best for the people we're here to help.
