We provide mental health and psychological therapy services for people with common mental health problems in face-to-face and online settings, both one-to-one and in groups. We are a self-referral easy access service enabling people to get the help when they need it.
We are all about early intervention.

Our ambition is to create services that support a culture of emotional wellbeing and psychological resilience within our local communities. We place a real emphasis on the clinical voice in shaping our services and making them the best they can be for our service users.
We help individuals, groups, organisations and communities find better ways of managing the sorts of everyday psychological problems, such as depression and anxiety, that impact on all of our lives. We are here to support and treat our communities, enabling people to improve their mental health, stay in work, be supported to find work and have more fulfilling lives.
Our services

We work in partnership with local GPs, third sector providers, and physical health services. We contribute directly to pathways of care that integrate physical and mental health services, as well as provide assessment and treatment services to people with mild to moderate mental health conditions.
Our services also provide advice, consultation, teaching and training to primary care and third sector staff on mental health issues.
Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT)
Our Primary Care and Wellbeing services include our IAPT services, part of the government’s flagship mental health programme.
IAPT services are dynamic and innovative, where there is a real opportunity to bring about positive change for the service users we work with through prompt access and providing solely evidence-based therapies.
