Sussex Partnership is an active member of Step into Health, a programme which offers members of the armed forces community an access route into a new career with the NHS.

You may have clinical skills and qualifications that already qualify you for certain roles at Sussex Partnership, but we have many other opportunities across our whole range of services that do not need any formal qualifications or training.

Careers with Sussex Partnership are not limited to frontline roles. We have opportunities in administration, finance, estates and facilities, digital, communications and management, to name just a few!

We can also offer placements and work experience to personnel who are transitioning from the armed forces back to civilian life.

We recognise that reservists and veterans bring a variety of transferable skills and qualities to our workplace, developed through their military careers. We proactively demonstrate our forces-friendly credentials within our recruitment and selection processes, by having a Guaranteed Interview Scheme for those indicated as part of the Armed Forces Community.

Why choose Sussex Partnership?
