Shepherd House is a 15-bed inpatient recovery unit and community hub for clients experiencing psychosis. We offer intensive rehabilitation using psychological, psychosocial, physical and medical approaches and support individuals within their individualised recovery journey.
Shepherd House is an exciting and vibrant environment to work at, right in the heart of Worthing and just opposite the seafront. We pride ourselves on having an extensive Multi-discliplinary Team including a Ward Consultant, Ward Doctors, Ward Manager, Charge Nurses', Staff Nurses, OTs, OT Tech's, Peer Support Workers, Volunteers, Experts by Experience and Support Workers.
