Apprenticeships
We offer a number of apprenticeships at Sussex Partnership, making the trust the ideal place for a career with the NHS. Apprentices gain the technical knowledge, practical experience and wider skills they need for their immediate job and future career, all while earning a wage.
All apprenticeships require Maths and English at grade C or above/equivalent. This can be taken alongside the apprenticeship, dependent on the outcome of an initial assessment. Our Functional Skills programme is available for all staff to develop their English and maths skills if required before completing an apprenticeship.
