Our team includes a range of crucial functions such as:
Administrative staff play a crucial role providing business support to our clinical and non-clinical staff. This includes maintaining patient records and dealing with external enquiries to the trust.
The Communications team are responsible for engaging with key audiences in a number of ways, including staff engagement / internal communication, media relations, digital communications, events and publications.
One of the largest staff groups within the Trust, the Estates and facilities team look after our buildings, with the aim of achieving a consistently high standard of accommodation for patients and staff, whilst also managing resources effectively. The department includes estates, facilities, property management and projects.
Our finance team are responsible for collecting revenue, paying bills, and maintaining financial records to inform data-driven decisions about the Trust’s future and growth.
An essential team that looks after our workforce and manages the recruitment process when new people come to join us.
The Digital team are responsible for maintaining and supporting the wide range of essential systems that our staff and services rely on.
